Inert 555 Timer Circuit Board Assembly
This training aid simulates an X-ray correct firing circuit designed to function using a 555 timer (Hollywood timer) circuit. Once paired with our patented explosive simulant, this assembly completes all the necessary P.I.E.S. (Power source, Initiator, Explosive, and Switch) components of an IED. This flexibility allows for more training and testing opportunities. Each component is visually correct and engineered to have the same density and effective atomic number (Zeff) as a real firing assembly.
